In an oatmeal cookie recipe from another web site, one reviewer mentioned substituting the corn syrup with molasses or maple syrup. What’s the difference? They are all sugar products. I have a low tolerance to sugared products and usually substitute white sugar in a recipe for Apriva or Splenda. I purchased corn syrup and molasses to use in recipes, but am not familiar with either one so your help is needed. Thanks in advance.
