Its tacos but with potatoes and peas. My mom says they used to put potatoes and peas in there to strech the meal a bit. So I browned a pound of hamburger with about half a diced onion (I don’t always add onion) I drained the grease and seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, and a little chili powder. Meanwhile I boil maybe a cup of water and peel and dice 2 small potatoes. I boil the potatoes for about 5 mins then add frozen peas. I just eyeball it, I maybe used 1/2 to 3/4 the bag. I boil the peas and potatoes for another 2-3 mins, then drain and add to the meat. I check the taste and add whatever else needs to be added. THEN we assemble our tacos in the smaller shells with the meat mix, cheese, salsa, and lettuce or whatever else we want then FRY THEM. So good.
