Bread makers, hello. I’m a beginner. Today I decided to refrigerate my dough for the first rise, hoping that the yeast will rise slowly and I could bake the bread tomorrow morning. Alas after 3hrs in the fridge it has almost doubled. Do I punch it down and toss it back in the fridge and hopefully bake it tomorrow morning. Please help.
