Oh, bother! I was making sausage cheese balls, and I accidentally cooked the sausage, thinking I was doing it right! I now have a bowl of cooked breakfast sausage, covered in 2c bisquick and a pound of sharp cheddar cheese. Is there any way to salvage the cheese and/or the sausage? TIA…signed, a goofball
