I’ve been using the Everyday Health food journal, so on recipes that don’t have the calorie count, I can go to my food journal and enter the main ingredients and get all of the nutrition info. Then I put the main things in a note attached to the recipe. It’s kind of a pain but you only have to do it once! I only do this after I’ve made the recipe, if I think I want to make it again. Then I add the dish and nutrition info to my food journal also.
