Made a ton of wontons over the weekend and had to freeze them. The helpers got overzealous and fried them ALL, instead of moving some uncooked ones to the freezer (as I had asked–thanks mom!). Any tips/tricks for rewarming and recrisping when we pull them out in 2 weeks?
