Good morning to everyone, I have two turkey sausages that I had left over from a few days ago so I am trying to use them in a tart filling that has cranberries, carrots, raisins and some oat bran or oat flakes along with some seasoning. I am thinking this would make a good Thanksgiving Day tart with some turkey and cranberry together. What does everyone else think about this combination in a tart?
