I want to make the inside! I forgot bread flour BUT have reg white flour…. Can I sub?
Bread flour is slightly higher in gluten/protein and can make a slightly chewier, higher rising bread. Its also slightly easier to work with for the same reason. But truth be told, I bake bread all the time and can’t really tell the difference.
this one uses white flour; so I am guessing that you could sub in the other recipe.
