I’m looking for a vegetable recipe I can make ahead and keep in the fridge for a whole week of lunches. It must be healthy but I do _not_ like fake sugars. I’ve done variations on the four bean salad for years using canned beans with oil/vinegar marinade. So something like that. The cole slaw recipes I found are too monotone to make it through a whole week. Thanks for any ideas!
