i’m making fried shrimp, stir-frying sme mixed veggies and roasted or baked tater wedges. question is i want to save some taters and make for breakfast with bacon and eggs. here’s the 2 tater recipes i’m considering. how would you repurpose the taters for breakfast? either recipe or do ya have a suggestion for another tater recipe? i really would like either potato pancakes or hashbrowns. it’s just 2 of us.
