I made these on Monday and they are very good. I doubled it and made it in a 9″ x 13″ pan. Still baked for 30 minutes. One large Mac made a cup of diced apples (so it won’t use up much of your apples, but some). I used pecans because I discovered I didn’t have enough walnuts. When I make them again, and I will, I am going to try leaving off the cinnamon and sugar on top and add a cinnamon glaze drizzled on. Hope you like them!
