If you go to the AR home page, there is a menu on the left of the page where recipe collections may be found. If you select Healthy Recipes, the page that opens has a section at the top that shows recipes in the My Plate collection. As some of you may know, the food pyramid was replaced by My Plate, and Allrecipes has gathered over 400 recipes into this collection that highlights healthy eating. I prepared this Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin for lunch, and it was delicious. Healthy doesn’t have to mean tasteless!
