LOVE the remoulade sauce recipe above, da bomb! This is also very good if you are looking for something a little different. I did the sauce only, used Chef John’s crab cake recipe, it’s excellent with a couple of minor tweaks.
I would do something like this. Or to keep it simple mix up some mayo, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, splash of worsteshire, salt and pepper. That’s my go to tartar sauce. Can’t stand pickles so I have to make my own.
