Ganache question. Need to fill between two 9 inch cake layers. Should I make whole recipe or woud half be enough? TIA :)
This one I think (used for the same purpose as you, filling for a cake). And this halved for one layer of filling, with 1/2 cup cream and a little vanilla instead of the rum.
Making this recipe. Not making whipped ganache. I am open to recipe suggestions too. thanks,
