Morning AR peeps! I need some inspiration fast. I have to get the meat out of the freezer for dinner and I have no clue what to make. I am going to be potting plants this morning and cleaning the house later today. so I want it to be quick and pretty tasty. Hubby is diabetic and I am salt sensitive so here is what I have, pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken breasts, boneless skinless chicken thighs, ground turkey, cod loins, salmon fillets, andoulli sausage, chorizo, beer battered cod and smoked sausage. Okay those are the meats I have a very well stocked spice cupboard and a fairly extensive pantry. so please help a girl out! hit me with what you would make with this stuff!! TIA!
for the chicken breasts i made this last night and was delish.
make the breasts thin by sliceing the long way cote with complete seasoning, set aside. slice three onions and three garlic clovescook in olive oil untill very soft and tender. push onions aside and add chicken a little at a time or if you have room all at once turn when done. cover with onions. keep warm . i then made plantains ripe and sweet. fry in olive oil untill almost black , the black is the natural sugar burning, mmmmmm so good.no sugar and minimal salt.
