I made this recipe in the slow cooker today using 3 habeneros.

I’ve made it a bunch of times before with 6. The person I made it for is a wimp in the spicy food department, and even with the reduction I think he might not be able to handle it. I added another 1/2 cup of brown sugar to sweeten it up. Any other suggestions to tone down the heat? Sour cream maybe? TIA!!!!
