I don’t have a recipe but but my mother used to use leftover cornbread and add all kinds of leftover vegies, beans and hominy were a must and always chili. She used a can of beef vegetable soup (Dad was a Campbells soup fan) and stir it up and put it in a casserole dish and add extra chili flavoring by using a chili brick chopped over the top (found in the freezer section) but you could just put a layer of the chili you have over the top. Bake until bubbly and brown. My sister and I loved it as did my parents and it was such a good way to use leftovers. Mom saved them in the freezer until she had enough to make this.
