Doesn’t your community have a food pantry or a summer feeding/backpack program for children? You could contact either your county social services or Public Health or the local school for more information. This would connect the family with more resources and services that may be ongoing and offer more help in the long run. Your desire to help is admirable but one meal won’t go very far. Perhaps you could donate some staples/groceries instead , for example eggs and bread could be used in different ways for several meals.
for the hotdogs, I know there is hotdog casserole recipes out there somewhere. but you could also do hot dogs with pork and beans and fried potatoes. my mom used to do this with leftover boiled potatoes, I remember some type of casserole made with hot dogs and tomato soup or something of the sort. As for the creamed soups, put the pork chops in the slow cooker with 2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, and maybe 3/4 cup water. cook on low until chops are done and thin the soup if need be with some water or chicken broth to make a gray. serve with rice or potatoes. for the little ones, mom used to make us some times macaroni with a little butter, milk and a touch of salt and pepper. was nummy! you can also use the cream of chicken soup with rice as a gravy for the rice. do you have any black beans? if so you can chop 1 onion, add to a saucepan, with about 1 tablespoon oil, saute over medium heat. add 2 cloves minced garlic, cook about 30 seconds more. then add 4 cans rinsed drained black beans, 4 cans diced tomatoes with the juices. add salt and pepper to taste. Mash some of the black beans and cook stirring occasionally until most of the liquid is gone. then serve just like that over a tortilla, maybe top with a little shredded cheese. Very filling. I’m sure that everyone else will come up with some great ideas. good luck and what a Great Person for helping out those little kids. wish I was closer I would be right there with ya doing the same thing. and putting food in their freezer too. Poor babies.
