I need to use up some veggies in the fridge for dinner tonight! I plan to do an egg scramble! Here is my question: How do you scramble your eggs? Mine NEVER come out like how you get at a rest. I am talking that fluffy thick scramble? Am I missing something? Thanks!
I beat my eggs briefly with a little milk and onion powder. I pour them into a cold pan and then turn the heat on low. I add shredder cheddar cheese half way through cooking….as a run the spatula through the eggs every so often so nothing burns. When my eggs are done I turn off the heat, top the eggs with a little more shredded cheese and place a lid on top the pan so the cheese can melt. Fluffy, thick and cheesy eggs every time. It’s one of our favorites.
