Happy Tuesday! I made gnocchi for the first time today and I made way more than I can use for dinner. Does it freeze? And if so should I cook before freezing? Thanks!
just wondering – wanna share the recipe?
it freezes well. just lay on a sheet pan in one layer, freeze and Ziploc! then cook from frozen. when they float, they’re done :)
i have done it both ways- but i like to freeze -then cook fresh– think ravioli:-)
