I made these last year and the skin was great but they were dry. I have since read reviews of people only boiling for 15 minutes…so I think I will do that…BUT do you think I could do it the day before, then cover it in the marinade/spices and stick it in the fridge? I just want to ensure I get the flavour infused and that to me means it needs more time then immediately before grilling. Thoughts? Thanks!
