Crispy Cauliflower Cake Recipes

1. Cauliflower Patties

These delicate cauliflower patties are made of mashed cauliflower, almond flour, and eggs fried in olive oil to crisp golden brown. "Our family loved this," says Kelly. Try these tater-free tots as a crispy topper for Chef John's Cauliflower soup.

3. Cauliflower Fritters

These cauliflower cakes are a great, healthy appetizer. A little baking powder makes them light and airy. And the secret to the simple batter is dry Italian salad dressing. Fry them up in olive oil. “This is 'wow' on the tongue! A very flexible recipe—I can see adding leftover mashed potatoes, kale, or artichoke hearts to the mix. Phenomenal with aioli garlic mustard sauce,” says lisandreasings.
