Chicken and other poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Keep in mind, clear juices are not always a good indicator of doneness. Depending on the age of the bird, juices might not run clear until it's overcooked. Also, as you see from the chart, boneless cuts of chicken cook faster than bone-in pieces of chicken.

These grilled skinless, boneless chicken breasts cook over high, direct heat for just 4 minutes per side, basting with the rosemary and lemon mixture as they cook to keep them moist.
Cook your Greek yogurt-marinated chicken breasts over medium-high heat until dark grill marks appear, about 7 minutes per side.
Grill the chicken breasts over high heat for 7 minutes; turn, brush with BBQ sacue, and cook for 5 more minutes; turn once more, apply more BBQ sauce, and cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Cook chicken thighs smooth-side down on a hot grill until grill marks show, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook until grill marks show on the other side, about 5 minutes. Keep coooking, turning over every 2 minutes, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Preheat the grill for high heat. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers and cook on the grill, turning frequently, for 12 to 15 minutes.
Place kebabs of marinated chicken thighs on a medium-high-heat grill. Do not try to turn them until they begin to unstick from the grill, 3 or 4 minutes. Turn kebabs and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes. Turn again, and cook, turning occasionally, about 6 minutes, when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Grill skewers of marinated chicken breast pieces over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grilled Cornish Game Hen Recipes to Try
Cook marinated game hens on a preheated grill, turning occasionally, for about 45 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
This is a great recipe for charcoal grills. Cook the marinated birds breast-side down, covered, with the vents open, for about 7 to 10 minutes until the breasts are evenly browned. Then flip the birds and cook about 30 minutes more.
Cook your marinated hens for about an 1 hour on a medium-heat grill, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
