You can make this old-fashioned cobbler with any fresh fruit you like. The recipe calls for one cup self-rising flour. To make your own, simply measure out 7/8 cup of all-purpose white flour and add 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Whisk together and proceed with the recipe.
