Some people really dislike vegetables, and it can be an uphill battle to convince them to eat their veggies. Many picky eaters consider vegetables like potatoes, peas, and corn, acceptable. But, when it comes to green veggies like broccoli and spinach, forget it! Sometimes all it takes to change their mindset is the right recipe.
